The New Orleans Saints have leveled up their player gear by using a Bambu X1 Carbon and XO Armor software to 3D-print custom padding in PLA, PETG and TPU. This DIY approach means each piece of padding fits like a glove (or helmet!), giving players better comfort and protection on the field.
